Transitional Housing
AARC provides information and assistance to
help families secure emergency, transitional and rental housing. The AARC helps
families in need identify their financial options, secure and maintain TANF and
other benefits such as SSI, WIC, food stamps, Medicare and Medicaid, and
understand their health insurance choices and benefits.
Food
Voucher
The AARC provides food and basic supplies
distribution.
Rent and
Utility Assistance
The AARC also provides assistance in rent
and utilities for families in need.
Family
Counseling
Family Counseling is available to assist
with issues such as domestic violence, substance and alcohol abuse, depression,
truancy, and other problems.
Referral
Service
The AARC also provides referral services.
When appropriate, clients are referred to other professional social service
providers.
